SSBReady collects information needed to provide account access, personalized SSB preparation, AI evaluation, app security, payments, and support.

• Account information such as name, email address, profile type, and login provider details.
• Preparation information such as PIQ form responses, test answers, interview responses, scores, progress, and practice history.
• Uploaded or submitted content such as PPDT/TAT responses, images, handwriting inputs, text answers, and feedback requests.
• Voice input and speech-related data when you use voice mock interview or speech-to-text features.
• Device and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and usage analytics.
• Payment status and transaction references from payment providers. We do not store full card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

We use collected information to operate, personalize, secure, and improve SSBReady.

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide SSB practice modules including WAT, SRT, TAT, PPDT, OIR, PIQ, and mock interview features.
• To generate AI-based analysis, scoring, suggestions, and feedback.
• To save progress, scores, premium access, and app preferences.
• To process payments and unlock premium features.
• To detect bugs, prevent misuse, improve performance, and respond to support requests.

SSBReady uses AI services, including Google Gemini or similar providers, to evaluate practice responses and generate feedback. Text, images, voice transcripts, and related context may be sent to these services only for app functionality.

AI feedback is for preparation and self-improvement only. It does not guarantee SSB selection, official assessment, or defence recruitment outcomes.

When you use voice-based mock interviews, the app may process microphone input to convert speech to text and generate relevant AI feedback. Voice features are optional and depend on permissions granted by you on your device.

You may disable microphone permissions at any time from your device settings, but some voice features may stop working.

We use services such as Firebase, Supabase, and backend APIs to store account, practice, and app data securely. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

SSBReady may use third-party services that process data according to their own privacy policies.

• Firebase - authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Supabase - database, backend storage, and app infrastructure.
• Google Gemini - AI generation and evaluation features.
• Google Sign-In and Google Play Services - login, distribution, and platform services.
• Razorpay - payment processing for premium purchases.
• Render or similar backend hosting providers - API hosting and server-side processing.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers only when required to provide app functionality, process payments, operate AI features, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect our rights and users.

Payments for premium features are processed by Razorpay or other supported payment providers. Payment providers may collect payment information directly under their own policies. SSBReady stores only payment status, transaction identifiers, and premium entitlement details required to unlock features.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

• Use in-app account deletion features when available.
• Contact us by email to request account or data deletion.
• Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, payment records, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

SSBReady is intended for defence aspirants and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Last updated date on this page. Continued use of SSBReady after changes means you accept the updated policy.
